Occult Crescent
Introduction
Occult Crescent is an instanced area with a maximum of 72 players per instance. You will gradually gain access to relic weapons and armor from Dawntrail which will be useful for you to complete the dungeon "The Forked Towers: Blood" with other players.
Requirements
Job list
- Freelancer : basic job.
- Knight, Bard, Monk : unlock with the quest "New Job, Old Tricks".
- Time Mage, Cannoneer, Chemist : buy for 1000 Enlightenment Silver Piece from the vendor Expedition Antiquarian @ South Horn (38.1 ,7.1).
- Samurai, Geomancer, Thief : buy for 1600 Enlightenment Gold Piece from the vendor Expedition Antiquarian @ South Horn (38.1 ,7.1).
- Berserker : obtained on the Critical Engagement "The Unbridled".
- Ranger : obtained on the Critical Engagement "The Black Regiment".
- Oracle : obtained on the Critical Engagement "On the Hunt".

A Ruined Land : You will need to unlock Record number : 7.
A Common Thread You will need to unlock Record number : 9, 13, 15.
Past and Crescent You will need to unlock Record number : 12, 19, 21, 23, 24 and complete the Critical Engagement "Calamity Bound".
The Forked Towers: Blood
To participate in "The Forked Towers: Blood", you will need the "Sanguine Cipher", buy for 600 Enlightenment Silver Piece or 960 Enlightenment Gold Piece from the vendor Expedition Antiquarian @ South Horn (38.1 ,7.1) and the weather "Auroral Mirages". You can then place yourself and use the item on South Horn (22.8, 21.4). A minimum of 16 players is required to participate.
Maps
Enlightenment Gold Piece
To easily get the Gold Piece, you can make a party of 6 tanks (ideally warriors), go to the level 27-28 area, pull each in turn mob packs of 5 to 10 monsters and use your invulnerability. Once the 6 tanks have used their invulnerability, the 6 tanks can pull a mob each, one after the other and use their mitigation to keep the chain active. It is also necessary that all players use the Phantom job "Cannoneer" to quickly kill the pack of monsters. Complete the tank group with healers.
To farm quickly, you can also have a party with 2 tanks, 2-3 healers, and DPS. The tanks will take care of kiting the monster packs, alternating between them to have mitigation available.
The ninja action "Dokumori" also works to increase the number of Gold Piece obtained.

Upgrade move speed with your mount in the maps : South Horn Riding Map, buy the item for 3000 Enlightenment Silver Piece from the vendor Expedition Antiquarian @ South Horn (38.1 ,7.1).
